went to Macdonald's for ice cream.

Michelle & Avina came to my house to discuss abt their artworks
while i studied (a lil' about psychological disorders) till around 7.30pm.

went to aunt's place for a BBQ;
early birthday for TONY LIN.
omg;its the 6th! cake i've had in MAY!

and home sweet home;
preparing for CHIONG-ing tml for PSY.

What's the diff btw REM and non-REM sleep?
so..non-REM sleep occurs on stages 1-4 in our sleep
and REM occurs in stage 5 in our sleep?

he's 90% more enthu than me;
